This Privacy Policy explains how Reformark collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit Reformark.org, create an account, subscribe to communications, purchase products, register for events, make a contribution, contact us, or otherwise use Reformark's services (collectively, the "Services").

Reformark is operated by The Legacy Engine, LLC d/b/a Reformark ("Reformark," "we," "us," or "our").

By using Reformark.org or providing information through our Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Reformark.

Reformark uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process certain payments.

When you enter payment-card information, that information is submitted directly to the applicable payment provider.

Reformark does not intend to receive or store full payment-card numbers, CVV codes, or similar sensitive card credentials.

We may receive transaction-related information from the payment processor, such as:

• payment status;
• transaction amount;
• payment identifier;
• payment method type;
• billing information;
• refund status; and
• information necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, or customer support.

Your payment provider's handling of your personal information is also governed by its own privacy policy and terms.

If you register for a Reformark event or conference, we may collect information including:

• purchaser name;
• attendee name;
• email address;
• ticket type;
• order number;
• payment status;
• attendance or check-in status;
• ticket-transfer information;
• refund information; and
• other information reasonably necessary to administer the event.

We may use this information to:

• issue tickets;
• manage registration;
• communicate event details;
• process transfers or refunds;
• verify admission;
• manage check-in;
• provide event-related updates; and
• maintain attendance and transaction records.

Reformark offers email communications, including its weekly email newsletter.

If you subscribe, we may collect your email address and information relating to your subscription.

We may use this information to send:

• newsletters;
• new-content notifications;
• event announcements;
• product or merchandise information;
• organizational updates; and
• other communications you have requested or agreed to receive.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.

We may still send transactional or service-related communications when necessary, such as order confirmations, ticket information, account notices, or payment receipts.

If you make a donation, contribution, or other financial payment through Reformark, we may collect:

• your name;
• email address;
• contribution amount;
• payment status;
• transaction identifier;
• campaign or initiative associated with the payment; and
• other information necessary to process or document the transaction.

Some campaign-specific transactions may require additional information where required by law.

If additional legally required donor information must be collected, the applicable contribution page will explain what information is required and why.

Reformark may facilitate payments associated with third-party organizations or initiatives. Where appropriate, the relevant campaign page will explain the parties involved and any additional privacy considerations.

If you contact us, we may collect:

• your name;
• email address;
• contents of your message;
• attachments or photographs you provide;
• order or registration information; and
• other information necessary to respond.

We may retain communications for customer support, operational, legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

When you visit Reformark.org, certain technical information may be collected automatically by the website, hosting infrastructure, security services, analytics providers, or other technology used to operate the site.

This may include:

• IP address;
• browser type;
• device type;
• operating system;
• referring page or website;
• pages visited;
• date and time of access;
• approximate geographic information;
• interactions with site features; and
• technical or diagnostic information.

We may use this information to operate, protect, understand, and improve Reformark.org.

Reformark and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies where necessary to:

Certain information associated with your use of Reformark, including the authors or topics you follow, the content you engage with, and the products you purchase, may, in combination, reveal or suggest your religious beliefs. Under Virginia law, this is treated as a category of "sensitive data."

We will not process this information as sensitive data revealing your religious beliefs without your consent. By affirmatively opting in when creating an account, following an author or topic, or completing a purchase clearly associated with religious content or affiliation, you consent to our processing of that information as described in this Policy.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by:

• adjusting your account preferences (where available);
• unfollowing authors or topics; or
• contacting us at corey@reformark.org and requesting that we stop processing this category of information.

Withdrawing consent will not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal, and may limit certain personalized features (such as content recommendations based on followed topics).

We do not use sensitive data for purposes beyond operating the Services described in this Policy, and we do not sell sensitive data or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

We may share personal information with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Reformark. These may include providers involved in:

• payment processing;
• website hosting;
• databases;
• authentication;
• email delivery;
• ecommerce;
• order fulfillment;
• shipping;
• analytics;
• event administration;
• fraud prevention;
• security;
• customer support; and
• professional services.

These providers may access personal information only as necessary to provide services to us or fulfill their own legal obligations, and are contractually restricted from using it for their own independent purposes.

Reformark may use third-party production, printing, fulfillment, and shipping providers to manufacture and deliver products.

Information necessary to fulfill an order may be shared with these providers, including:

• recipient name;
• shipping address;
• products ordered;
• order identifiers; and
• contact information where necessary for delivery.

Their handling of personal information may also be governed by their own privacy policies.

From time to time, Reformark may facilitate a campaign, contribution page, event, or initiative involving another organization.

Personal information may be shared with the applicable organization when:

• necessary to fulfill the stated purpose of the transaction;
• legally required;
• disclosed on the applicable page; or
• otherwise authorized by you.

We will not assume that donor or participant information should automatically be shared with a third-party organization merely because an initiative references that organization. Campaign-specific disclosures will control where additional sharing is necessary, and will be presented before you complete the applicable transaction.

We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to:

• comply with applicable law;
• respond to lawful legal process;
• comply with court orders or government requests;
• protect Reformark's rights or property;
• prevent fraud or abuse;
• protect users or others from harm; or
• investigate violations of our policies or agreements.

If The Legacy Engine, LLC or Reformark is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Any successor entity may continue to use information subject to this Privacy Policy (or a materially similar policy) unless otherwise disclosed to you or required by law.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including:

• providing services;
• maintaining accounts;
• completing transactions;
• fulfilling orders;
• administering events;
• complying with accounting, tax, and legal requirements;
• resolving disputes;
• preventing fraud; and
• enforcing agreements.

As a general guideline: transactional and order records are retained for at least the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically at least three years); account information is retained for as long as your account remains active plus a reasonable period thereafter; and communications submitted to us are retained as long as reasonably necessary to address the matter raised. Different categories of information may be retained for different periods, and we may retain records longer where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.

Reformark uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including:

• access controls;
• authenticated administrative systems;
• encrypted transmission;
• third-party payment processing;
• restricted database access;
• security monitoring; and
• other technical safeguards appropriate to the volume and sensitivity of the information we hold.

No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and take other steps as required by applicable law.

If you are a Virginia resident, and to the extent applicable under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• confirm whether we are processing your personal data;
• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
• delete personal data provided by or obtained about you;
• obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format; and
• opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of (a) targeted advertising, (b) the sale of personal data, or (c) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Residents of other states may have similar rights under applicable state law, which we will honor to the extent required.

These rights may be subject to exceptions, including information we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, transaction, or security purposes.

You may unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent Reformark from sending transactional communications necessary to:

• process an order;
• administer an event;
• manage an account;
• provide a requested service; or
• communicate important changes affecting a transaction.

Reformark is not directed toward children under 13, and is not designed to collect their personal information as an online service.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian authorization, as required under the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Some Reformark events may allow minors to attend with parents, guardians, or other responsible adults. Information necessary to register a minor for an event may be provided by the adult responsible for that registration.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us at corey@reformark.org and we will take steps to delete that information.

Reformark.org may link to websites or services operated by other organizations.

Reformark does not control those third-party websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you choose to use.

Reformark is operated from the United States.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your country.

Reformark does not currently sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If our practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required notice or opt-out mechanism before engaging in such practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices, or legal and regulatory requirements.

When the policy is updated, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights, we will provide additional notice, such as an email notification or a prominent notice on the site, before the change takes effect.
