These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reformark.org and the products, content, accounts, events, payment features, and other services made available through Reformark (collectively, the "Services").

Reformark is operated by The Legacy Engine, LLC d/b/a Reformark ("Reformark," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing Reformark.org, creating an account, purchasing a product, registering for an event, making a payment, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Reformark is a Christian media, publishing, events, and commerce platform focused on theology, the church, Christian living, culture, missions, ministry, and related subjects.

Reformark may provide:

• articles and written resources;
• videos and interviews;
• newsletters;
• member accounts;
• books and merchandise;
• conferences and events;
• event registration and ticketing;
• opportunities to financially support Reformark's work; and
• other services or resources made available from time to time.

Reformark is a for-profit business. Payments made to Reformark, including those described elsewhere in these Terms as "contributions" or "support," are payments to a for-profit company, not charitable donations, unless a specific campaign page expressly states otherwise and identifies the qualifying charitable recipient. See Section 18.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Services that involve purchases, payments, registrations, or account creation.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use those Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when using Reformark.

Certain features may require a Reformark account.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• keeping your account information reasonably current; and
• activity occurring through your account.

You may not:

• impersonate another person;
• access another person's account without authorization;
• create fraudulent accounts;
• misuse member-only features; or
• attempt to circumvent account restrictions.

Reformark may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

Reformark publishes articles, videos, interviews, commentary, and other resources concerning theology, Christianity, Scripture, the church, culture, family, missions, public life, and related subjects.

This content is provided for general informational, editorial, and educational purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Reformark content is not intended as:

• legal advice;
• financial advice;
• tax advice;
• medical advice; or
• other regulated professional advice.

Views expressed by individual authors, speakers, interviewees, contributors, or guests may be their own and do not necessarily represent every position held by Reformark, its staff, sponsors, partners, or affiliated organizations.

Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials available through Reformark are owned by Reformark, licensed to Reformark, or used with permission.

This may include:

• articles;
• written resources;
• videos;
• photography;
• graphics;
• logos;
• branding;
• page designs;
• event materials;
• product artwork;
• merchandise designs;
• downloadable resources; and
• other original material.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may use Reformark content for personal, noncommercial purposes unless another use is expressly authorized.

Without permission, you may not:

• reproduce substantial portions of Reformark content;
• republish complete articles;
• commercially exploit Reformark content;
• remove copyright or attribution notices;
• reproduce Reformark branding in a manner suggesting endorsement or affiliation;
• systematically scrape, harvest, or copy content;
• create derivative commercial products from Reformark content; or
• use Reformark content to create a competing publication, database, product, or service.

Sharing links to Reformark content is encouraged.

Brief quotations used lawfully for commentary, discussion, teaching, criticism, or similar purposes should include appropriate attribution where practical.

If Reformark allows you to submit comments, messages, applications, reviews, photographs, forms, or other material ("Submissions"), you remain responsible for that content.

You may not submit material that:

• violates applicable law;
• infringes another person's rights;
• is fraudulent or deceptive;
• contains malicious software;
• constitutes spam;
• contains confidential information you are not authorized to disclose; or
• interferes with the operation of Reformark.

You grant Reformark the rights reasonably necessary to receive, store, process, display, and use your Submission for the purpose for which you provided it.

Additional permission may be required before Reformark materially republishes or commercially uses user-created content outside its original context.

Reformark may sell apparel, books, accessories, physical goods, bundles, and other products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, and prices accurately.

Actual products may vary slightly because of manufacturing, printing, photography, device displays, fulfillment processes, or other reasonable production differences.

Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Reformark may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• pricing errors;
• inventory or fulfillment errors;
• suspected fraud;
• payment problems;
• shipping restrictions; or
• other legitimate operational issues.

If Reformark cancels an accepted order after collecting payment, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Many Reformark products are produced or printed on demand.

Production may begin shortly after an order is placed. As a result:

• modifications may not be possible once production begins;
• cancellations may be unavailable after production begins; and
• buyer-remorse returns may be restricted.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Stripe.

When a third-party payment provider handles a transaction, Reformark does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, fees, or other amounts disclosed before completing your transaction.

Physical-product shipping is governed by the Reformark Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Reformark may use third-party production, fulfillment, and shipping providers.

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Physical merchandise returns, refunds, damaged-item claims, and exchanges are governed by the Reformark Refund & Return Policy.

Where a product page or checkout process contains more specific terms for a particular product, those specific terms may control for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Reformark may organize or facilitate conferences, seminars, gatherings, workshops, meetings, and other events.

Registration is subject to:

• availability;
• the price displayed at registration;
• event-specific rules;
• refund and cancellation policies; and
• any additional terms disclosed during registration.

Event schedules, speakers, sessions, programming, and venues may change.

Where reasonably necessary, Reformark may substitute speakers, adjust schedules, modify programming, change session formats, relocate portions of an event, or make other reasonable operational changes.

A change in an individual speaker or session does not automatically entitle a registrant to a refund unless the applicable event policy states otherwise or applicable law requires it.

Tickets may be issued electronically and may contain unique registration or ticket information.

You may not:

• duplicate tickets;
• counterfeit tickets;
• alter ticket credentials;
• fraudulently reuse tickets; or
• intentionally provide invalid ticket information.

Reformark may invalidate tickets that have been refunded, cancelled, fraudulently obtained, duplicated, or otherwise rendered invalid.

Ticket transfers are permitted only when allowed by the policy governing the applicable event.

Event registrations are not governed by the merchandise Refund & Return Policy.

Each Reformark event may establish its own refund deadlines, cancellation terms, ticket-transfer rules, and registration requirements.

The event-specific policy controls where it differs from these general Terms.

Reformark events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, audio recorded, or otherwise documented.

Additional notices, permissions, or consent terms may be presented during registration or at the event where appropriate.

Participation in an event does not waive rights that applicable law requires Reformark to obtain separately.

Reformark may provide opportunities to financially support Reformark, specific initiatives, events, campaigns, or other projects.

These payments are made to a for-profit business, The Legacy Engine, LLC d/b/a Reformark, and are not charitable donations unless a specific campaign page expressly identifies a qualifying tax-exempt organization as the recipient and states that the payment is tax-deductible. Unless a campaign page makes that express statement, you should not assume any payment to Reformark is tax deductible, and Reformark makes no representation that it is.

A specific contribution or campaign page may provide additional information concerning:

• the recipient of the funds;
• the purpose of the payment;
• tax treatment, if any;
• refund eligibility;
• contribution restrictions;
• donor or payor reporting requirements; or
• other applicable terms.

Where contribution- or campaign-specific terms differ from these Terms, the more specific terms control.

Reformark may host pages, publish information, facilitate payments, or otherwise support initiatives involving third-party organizations.

Where appropriate, the applicable page will identify the organization involved and describe Reformark's role.

A reference to, link to, collaboration with, or support of another organization does not automatically make Reformark responsible for that organization's operations, representations, legal obligations, policies, activities, or conduct.

Campaign-specific disclosures or conditions may also apply.

Reformark may receive sponsorship payments, affiliate commissions, complimentary products, advertising revenue, event sponsorship support, or other consideration.

Where disclosure is required by law or appropriate under our editorial practices, Reformark will endeavor to disclose the relevant relationship.

The inclusion of an advertiser, sponsor, affiliate, exhibitor, vendor, or partner does not necessarily constitute endorsement of every position, product, service, or statement associated with that organization.

Reformark may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment providers, shipping providers, ecommerce tools, authentication services, social networks, email providers, video platforms, external websites, and other services.

These services operate independently from Reformark. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, privacy practices, policies, products, or services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree not to:

• interfere with the security or operation of Reformark;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code;
• conduct fraudulent transactions;
• misuse payment, ticketing, refund, or registration systems;
• harvest personal information without authorization;
• impersonate another person or Reformark;
• intentionally overload Reformark systems;
• circumvent access restrictions;
• abuse account or member features; or
• use Reformark to violate applicable law.

Reformark may take reasonable action to prevent or investigate fraud, including cancelling transactions, declining orders, suspending accounts, invalidating tickets, denying fraudulent refund requests, restricting access, or reporting suspected unlawful activity where appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Reformark's collection and use of personal information is governed by the Reformark Privacy Policy.

By using Reformark, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.

By providing an email address or using Reformark's Services, you agree that certain communications may be delivered electronically, including order confirmations, event tickets, transaction receipts, account notices, security notices, event updates, policy notices, and other service-related communications.

Marketing communications may be subject to separate consent and unsubscribe options.

Reformark may modify, suspend, discontinue, or change portions of the Services from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely, that every article or resource will remain published, that every product will remain available, that every event will continue as originally planned, or that the website will operate without interruption.

Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, third-party services, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, that every feature will always function without error, that all content will always be complete or current, that all technical defects will be immediately corrected, or that third-party services will remain continuously available.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ON PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFORMARK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ON PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE SOLD THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO WARRANTY IS MADE THAT MERCHANDISE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any non-waivable consumer protections under Virginia or other applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Legacy Engine, LLC d/b/a Reformark and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Reformark or its Services.

To the extent permitted by law, Reformark's aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase, registration, or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid to Reformark in connection with that transaction.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Legacy Engine, LLC d/b/a Reformark, along with its owners, officers, employees, and agents, from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute that must be resolved in court will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Virginia, unless applicable law requires another forum.

Reformark may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated.

Routine or administrative changes (such as clarifications, formatting, or updates that do not reduce your rights) take effect upon posting, and your continued use of Reformark after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Material changes that meaningfully reduce your rights or increase your obligations, including changes to dispute resolution, limitation of liability, or fees for existing subscriptions, will not apply retroactively to your existing relationship with Reformark without additional notice, such as an email notification or a requirement that you affirmatively accept the updated Terms (for example, by checkbox) before they apply to you.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure by Reformark to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive Reformark's right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Reformark's prior written consent.

Reformark may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with Reformark's Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any event-specific, campaign-specific, or transaction-specific terms, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of Reformark.

Where specific terms for a product, event, campaign, or transaction conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will control for that matter.
