Shipping & Returns

Every Reformark piece is printed and finished after you place your order. Nothing sits on a shelf. This keeps our catalog wider and our waste lower, and it means production takes a few days before your order ships.

• Production: typically 2 to 5 business days.
• Shipping within the US: 3 to 7 business days after production.
• International shipping: 7 to 20 business days after production.

Tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves our print partner.

Because each item is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for wrong-size or change-of-mind orders as a default. Please review the Size Guide before ordering. If something is off, reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it at no cost.
